It's all fun and games until somebody pukes...

As if we weren't having enough excitement already during our trip to Disneyland. I must now report to you that Teenage Daughter is puking her guts out...

She started complaining of headache and nausea when we went to dinner at the end of our final day in the park. She drank a little root beer and ate a package of saltines at the restaurant, but couldn't manage the clam chowder that she had ordered. We had the waitress pack it up and returned to our hotel where those saltines came right back up- along with the eggs, potatoes, chocolate covered marshmallow, crayfish linguine, candy, and pineapple whip that she ate today. (I hadn't honestly realized how much cr*p she had eaten until I listed it all out!)

Tomorrow we're driving home.

And a major storm system is making it's way through California.

So let's recap- that's 6+ hours in the car; at least one sick child; rain, high winds, and possibly snow on Interstate 5; and a pulled muscle in my back (from the above mentioned 'excitement').

It should be one heckuva day!

An update for you all... God smiled on us today- Teenage Daughter was feeling better and the weather was good until the last hour or so. Even all three kids got along for most of the trip with minimal bickering etc.

So we all made it home safe and sound!
