Memo to future self...
When making instant flavored coffee (see above photo). Do not microwave milk in a shaker container; add the powder; put the lid on; and shake to combine.
If you do this the container will explode and hot, sticky liquid will be all over your kitchen wall and blinds. And even though you will not be burned, you will have a big mess to clean up.

Yes, I once learned that you also should not use a food processor to puree very hot food for the exact same reason. And I'm pretty sure I wrote a bloggy note about it, too :)
