Our neighbor just came by and knocked on our door asking if we have running water. I checked the sink in the powder room- turning both taps on full and discovered this-
So I called the water company's hotline and was informed that there is 'an emergency shutdown'... Guess we'll have to go out for dinner tonight.
Darn!
