Chevy's redeemed...

I may have mentioned in my post from Christmas Day that we had Christmas dinner at Chevy's restaurant... It was a less than spectacular meal. The main problems involved the service (or lack thereof) and food temperature (it arrived cold). When we arrived home from dinner, I e-mailed their corporate website with the details from our disappointing experience...

Well, I have to give kudos to Chevy's for customer service. First I received an email on the 26th from their corporate office. Literally, while I was reading the email, I also got a phone call from the manager of the restaurant- who called to apologize. In addition today we received a handwritten letter of apology from the same manager along with 6 free meal passes- including drinks.

I just have to say how much I appreciate how this manager has gone out of his way to make up for our one bad experience. I'm looking forward to going back and (hopefully!) having a great experience this time!

Wow. That's enough to make me want to find a Chevys so I can have a bad experience! ;-)
